Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of customer engagement objectives, project scope, and requirements.
- Participate in architecture design workshops and provide input as needed.
- Create project documents, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, Migration and Test Plans, and others.
- Participate in scoping meetings and assist in developing statements of work based on customer requirements.
- Ensure project documents are accurate and stored appropriately.
- Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the company's security solutions.
- Assist customers through the rollout and go-live phase for deployed security solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff on the company's security solutions.
- Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Complete internal administrative tasks (timesheets, activity reports, etc.).
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in relevant technologies.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.
- 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
- Experience as a Professional Services senior consultant or engineer is a plus.
- Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 of the following: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or cloud-based security technologies.
- Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
- Good troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work experience.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be beneficial.
