Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Understand customer business requirements, pain-points, and translate them into actionable implementation projects.
- Work closely with customers and other the company Professional Services team members to meet technical and business challenges utilizing the company products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, the company Threat Defense) efficiently.
- Create project technical documentation.
- Perform the company upgrades/refreshes for customer environments.
- Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and on budget, achieving project goals with a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance customer discovery, accelerate services scoping, improve proposal quality, and drive efficient pre-sales engagement while maintaining sound professional judgment and customer focus.
- Mentor customers on the company technology as part of project delivery.
- Mentor the company Skilled to Secure partners on best practices for the company implementation.
- Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
- Establish outstanding relationships, trust, and collaboration with the regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams.
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 3+ years in professional services delivery and consulting; experience with the company, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks is a plus.
- Experience working in SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus.
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is beneficial.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc., is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of presenting at internal and external meetings.
- A customer-centric mindset and the initiative to do the right thing for the customer.
- Solid technical knowledge of security concepts and implementations/products is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.

- Work closely with the company customers to implement our solutions.
- Complete / attain significant progress in certification for the company products.
- Meet metrics for utilization and customer satisfaction.

- Be a trusted technical resource for the company products for implementation and consulting.
- Be comfortable implementing projects in the full lifecycle of the company Standard Migration Methodology.
- Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
