Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of customer engagement goals, project scope, and requirements.
- Participate in architecture design workshops and provide necessary input.
- Create project-related documents and technical architecture diagrams such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, and more.
- Participate in scoping meetings and contribute to developing statements of work.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documents.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the company security solutions.
- Assist customers through rollout phases of deployed security solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff.
- Timely issue resolution and escalation as needed.
- Minimize risk on projects and complete internal administrative tasks.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the company technologies and services.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
- 3+ years of experience with Network Security Products.
- Experience in a Professional Services consultant role is a plus.
- Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 related technologies (e.g., Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection).
- Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
- Good troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in adapting to shifting priorities and demands.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work experience.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is necessary; additional languages may be beneficial for client interactions.
