Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant works with clients and partners remotely and/or onsite on engagements of medium-to-high complexity. This role focuses on the implementation aspects of project delivery, such as implementing firewall and other enhanced security products, alongside optimizing and operating these services, with related documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear understanding of customer engagement goals, project scope, and requirements.
• Participate in architecture design workshops and provide necessary input.
• Create project-related documents and technical architecture diagrams such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, and more.
• Participate in scoping meetings and contribute to developing statements of work.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documents.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the company security solutions.
• Assist customers through rollout phases of deployed security solutions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff.
• Timely issue resolution and escalation as needed.
• Minimize risk on projects and complete internal administrative tasks.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the company technologies and services.

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Network Security Products.
• Experience in a Professional Services consultant role is a plus.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 related technologies (e.g., Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection).
• Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
• Good troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in adapting to shifting priorities and demands.

• Strong commitment and self-driven attitude.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work experience.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is necessary; additional languages may be beneficial for client interactions.
