The Cybersecurity Professional Services Consultant plays a vital role in deploying and implementing our data security solutions within customer enterprise environments. This hands-on and technical position involves interfacing with customers, generating revenue alongside the sales team, and collaborating with R&D and product management for solution enhancement. The role includes extensive customer engagement focused on IT security, encryption, and key management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, deployment, integration, and post-implementation support of the company security solutions.
- Engage with customers to define implementation scope and develop detailed project plans.
- Architect secure key management, encryption, and access control frameworks.
- Execute installation, configuration, and integration of the company HSMs and CipherTrust solutions.
- Provide training, support, and best practices throughout projects.
- Produce technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in implementing encryption and key management solutions, with experience in both onsite and remote project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in the company Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and CipherTrust Manager (CM).
- Experience implementing database encryption solutions (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Practical understanding of cryptographic protocols and key lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for automation and integration tasks.
- Professional certifications such as NIST, PCI, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ITIL are advantageous.
Additional Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage changing environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
