Sprinklr is seeking a Professional Services Engagement Manager to join the EMEA team in Dubai. This role involves working directly with customers, internal sales, services, and partner teams to strategize around new business opportunities for both new and existing clients. The Engagement Manager will develop relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for Sprinklr’s services solutions, which include implementation, managed services, training, and support offerings.

As an expert in Sprinklr’s value proposition and support solutions, you will oversee the entire services sales process during pre-sales engagements. This includes preparing service delivery proposals, bid responses, and defining statements of work and commercial offers to ensure the successful deployment of Sprinklr. Your goal is to prepare customers for long-term value realization from their adoption of Sprinklr’s technology.

Key responsibilities involve partnering with Software Sales teams to scope and propose new services, discovering client requirements to design integrated service delivery offerings, and developing compelling proposals to facilitate swift value realization. You will lead executive presentations, document customer requirements during the pre-sale cycle, and create commercial proposals focused on profitability. Additionally, you will define statements of work, develop close plans with sales teams for strategic opportunities, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, professional services delivery, or services sales, with a bachelor’s degree and fluency in both English and Arabic. Experience in the contact center or customer service software industry is preferred. Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities are essential.
