Professional Services Senior Program Manager

The company is seeking a Professional Services Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for owning the overall program and ensuring the delivery of strategy and business targets to the required quality standards, within the specified constraints of time and cost for the customer. The role involves managing large, complex projects with high risk exposure and ensuring coherence within the program while supporting individual projects.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall program direction and vision in conjunction with the Business Unit and Customer.
• Ensure communications with all stakeholders facilitate clear understanding of future direction.
• Manage the production of plans for project delivery in partnership with the customer and Business Unit.
• Define portfolio requirements and manage the agreement process with the Program Board.
• Approve project and program plans, adhering to internal and the company's standards.
• Conduct risk management to ensure the program's timescales and costs are well understood.
• Ensure the quality of program deliverables through adherence to agreed standards and processes.
• Lead quality reviews and facilitate the capture of lessons learned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expert-level understanding of project management processes and frameworks.
• Knowledge of strategic initiatives and functional operations.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, coaching, and conflict management.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in relevant languages may be required depending on customer engagements.
