Program Director - Global Patriot Programs

The company Emirates is seeking an In-country Program Director for Global Patriot Programs to lead sustainment and execution reporting to the Managing Director. This role encompasses Technical Assistance, Engineering Services, and business opportunity pursuits. The Program Leader will be responsible for financial and contractual commitments, maintaining the company’s standards, and serving as the interface to the U.S. Government and customers in the UAE. The position involves international travel, and is a long-term assignment with additional compensation benefits. Employment is contingent upon meeting medical requirements for overseas assignments.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and mentor project staff to enhance business, financial management, and project management skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Promote best practices and collaborative behavior among teams.
• Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Manage program operations, ensuring compliance with management processes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers in the UAE.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 14+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in producing complex, large-scale weapon systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in program management, business management, or a related field.
• Experience with Patriot programs and working with U.S. Government and in-country customers.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is typically expected for collaboration with U.S. Government stakeholders.

Salary Range:
USD 186,200 - 353,800, depending on experience and qualifications.
