About
The Program Delivery Director is responsible for end-to-end project and program management of large-scale transformation initiatives across CIBG, IBG transformation portfolio. The role provides centralized delivery leadership across business, functional, operational, and technology dimensions, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, governance, and control. The incumbent is responsible for delivering complex corporate and digital banking solutions in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the program transformation office delivery Master Plan, incorporating all initiatives defined as pillars of the CIBG/IBG portfolio, including proper allocation of resources, timelines, dependencies, and contingency actions.
  • Coordinate Plan executions including all steps of the process, from design and development to testing, roll out, and stabilization.
  • Manage collaboration of the business case that supports the Program, including tracking activities in line with the approved budget.

Requirements

  • More than 15 years of experience as PMO with evidence of direct management of complex End-to-End systems implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of new Digital Trends and experience in their implementations.
  • Strong organizational, team building, and leadership qualities, with effective program management and general management skills.

Work Conditions

  • Interact with stakeholders from business, enabling units, third-party representatives, and senior management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring management is informed of risks, issues, and project/activity status.
