Your Role:
As a senior delivery leader, you will oversee a high-impact, long-term engagement and the deployment of a mission-critical network across the Kingdom. Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide telecom program.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CXOs, to influence strategic decisions and ensure excellent delivery.
- Providing technical leadership in network rollouts, wireless/4G architecture, design, and implementation.
- Governance of program performance with a focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration across global business lines to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Profile:
- 20+ years of proven success in delivering large-scale telecom network rollout programs.
- Experience managing complex telecommunications programs with budgets of $30 to $50 million.
- Proven track record in people management, overseeing teams of at least 40 members.
- Experience in various Telco domains, including RAN, Core, and OSS/BSS; exposure to MCX and Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and track record of P&L ownership and account growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, with a proven ability to lead multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, financial governance, and strategic delivery planning; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, essential for effective client engagement and leadership in the region.
