About
Are you an experienced construction project professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role? Informa-Tahaluf is seeking a Program Liaison & Delivery Manager to oversee critical site construction and fit-out activities for our workspace development project in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will lead a high-profile construction project while ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Description
Project Management & Oversight:

  • You will monitor and track all onsite construction activities, identifying and reporting quality, cost, or time-related risks.
  • You will ensure site execution compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and Informa/Tahaluf guidelines.
  • You will coordinate with project management consultants, main contractors, designers, and internal teams to deliver stakeholder objectives.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

  • You will conduct comprehensive quality inspections and identify site issues requiring attention.
  • You will escalate risks and challenges that may impact the master project program.
  • You will implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and maintain project standards.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

  • You will manage communication with Informa/Tahaluf senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates and comprehensive reports.
  • You will liaise with landlords and managing agents regarding site issues, technical requirements, and project progress.
  • You will prepare and deliver weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.

Change Management & Collaboration:

  • You will develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for Tahaluf colleagues.
  • You will organise and manage change management workshops.
  • You will collaborate with Informa Change Management and Colleague Experience teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Your Professional Experience:

  • You have proven experience in construction project management, preferably with large-scale commercial or fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • You are proficient in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Your Core Competencies:

  • You have demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations and build trusted professional relationships.
  • You possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • You have strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You have proven stakeholder management skills with experience operating in matrix environments.

Additional Information
