Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Datacenter build programs, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery to engineering standards.
- Manage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, including construction partners, facilities teams, logistics, engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Direct program and project planning, resource allocation, financial management, risk mitigation, and execution.
- Oversee site readiness, construction timelines, commissioning, and compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.
- Act as the primary point of escalation and decision-making authority for major program risks, blockers, and change management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Provide technical and operational leadership to program managers, engineers, and vendor partners.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering complex physical infrastructure programs, ideally datacenters or similar environments.
- 10-15+ years in program or project management with direct accountability for schedule, budget, and delivery.
- Track record of managing contractors, construction partners, and internal engineering/operations teams.
- Strong risk management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with high ownership and urgency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred.
