Program Management Intern

The company is seeking a Project Management intern to join the company Program Management Team located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates will report to the program manager and support the Program management effort.

Job Description

• Support program scheduling to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management standards CPI/SPI.
• Support communications with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
• Collect programs data from program managers, program leads, and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Assist with planning and business requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to collect, review, and organize documentation such as contracts, technical specifications, vendor quotes, and contractual agreements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Student Status
• Authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
• English speaking and writing skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
