Program Management Specialist

About the Job: The Program Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Project Management services meet the following conditions:

• Approved Project Charter, Project Plan, and Baselines (scope, schedule, cost) must be formally signed off by the company.
• All project milestones should be delivered in accordance with the approved plan or formally approved change requests.
• Weekly and monthly status reports must be submitted on time and accepted by the company.
• Risks, issues, and dependencies should be actively managed with documented mitigation and timely escalation.
• Steering Committee meetings must be held with approved minutes and action tracking.
• Go-Live must be executed with formal approval from IT and Business stakeholders.
• A Post Implementation Review (PIR) needs to be completed, submitted, and approved.
• All project closure activities should be completed and formally accepted by the company.

Cross-Service Acceptance Conditions (Mandatory): The overall managed services engagement shall be considered accepted only when:

• All three service streams (PM, Technical, Testing) meet their respective acceptance criteria.
• Go-Live approval is obtained from IT, Business, and Governance bodies.
• No open Critical audit, security, or compliance findings exist.
• All deliverables are formally signed off and archived.
