We are searching for a Program Manager to lead the execution of the Enhanced Repair Capability (ERC) program in the Kingdom. This program will develop and implement broad depot capabilities for repairing Patriot system Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs). The role necessitates governance and oversight of a program team within a matrixed organization while managing critical subcontracts. Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Raymes Compound, 7040 Kahlil Al Azdi Street, Al Zahra District, Jeddah, 02, 23522-6943 Job Type: Full-time, On-site Responsibilities: - Execute the ERC program in Saudi Arabia, including daily management, compliance, customer interface, and risk mitigation. - Manage budget change requests and approve quarterly estimates at completion. - Follow the program strategy and technical direction for successful execution. - Serve as the main contact for contractual commitments regarding financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance. - Supervise Integrated Product Teams and manage a diverse team of U.S. and Saudi personnel. - Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations to enhance program outcomes. - Maintain strong customer relationships and oversee subcontractor performance. - Lead internal and external program/status reviews and manage risks and issues. - Motivate and evaluate the program team to achieve business objectives, providing coaching and performance feedback. Qualifications: You Must Have: - A bachelor’s degree in a related field. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. - Extensive knowledge of program management principles and tools. - Strong experience in program planning, budgeting, and risk management. - Advanced leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams. Qualifications We Value: - Strategic planning and understanding of cross-program alignment. - In-depth knowledge of the Patriot system and its mechanical/electronic components. - Experience with electro-mechanical repair operations. - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and customers. - PMX Level 4 Certification or a plan to achieve it within 12 months. Language Requirements: This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in compliance with local regulations and Saudization initiatives.
