We are looking to hire a Program Manager in KSA to join the team that redefines ultra-fast grocery operations and help us build and grow this new service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Ultra Fast Grocery Last Mile improvements to drive standardization efforts
• Act as a liaison with other departments and provide process skills
• Support UTR/LM Kaizen Events in their areas of expertise
• Drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure that best practices are being followed safely
• Collaborate across multiple functions to execute projects and resolve issues
• Maintain health and safety standards while promoting a safety culture
• Measure performance, offer feedback, and provide development support
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations
• Conduct strategic planning for peak-season operations
• Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs
• Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
