Program Manager 2

As a Program Manager 2 at Emerson, you will play a crucial role within our Project Management Office (PMO). You will serve as the primary contact for skid project orders, overseeing the implementation and execution of customer projects from the Bid/Quote clarification phase to cash collection. Your responsibilities encompass developing project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Project Plan, including schedules, engineering strategy, and risk considerations.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage execution risks.
• Lead internal and external communication related to project orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and effectively manage project financial performance.
• Provide documentation support and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Application Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multisite, multi-country projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
