Position

Are you customer obsessed, analytical, strategic yet execution-focused, and passionate about e-commerce and supply chain? If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. The Fulfillment by the company (FBA) MENATR team is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve seller experience, inbound operations, and supply chain performance across the region. In this role, you will work backwards from seller pain points, leverage data to identify opportunities, and drive scalable solutions across the FBA ecosystem. This role requires a strong analytical skillset combined with program management and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable diving deep into large datasets, building scalable reporting mechanisms, identifying root causes, and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights. You will partner closely with Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Tech, and external stakeholders to drive operational improvements and business growth. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, deep dive into data, and get the job done.
