Program Manager - 3P External Fulfillment

The company is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P - External Fulfillment organization in Dubai to focus on strategy & operations to drive growth & improve customer & seller experience in MENA. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and speed for our channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations of speed programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CX/SX & channel growth improvement programs and initiatives in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions to improve the speed of delivery.
• Monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance speed.
