Position

The E2E Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and complex programs across multiple organizations and functional areas. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of project execution, including planning, governance, risk management, milestone tracking, escalation handling, and delivery management. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs from initiation through deployment and operational handoff.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Business organizations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate program review meetings and executive status updates.
  • Identify program risks, blockers, and dependencies while driving mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Track scope, schedules, deliverables, and overall program health.
  • Support release readiness, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization activities.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and operational processes.
  • Continuously improve program execution methodologies and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to executives and teams.
