Program Manager 4 - ProdDev

About the Job: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Fitout (TPM) to join our expanding team, focusing on building relationships across the EMEA region with Co-location (CoLo) partners. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical and data expertise to understand business requirements, initiate programs, track progress, and manage issues throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver large and medium complexity GPU programs/projects beyond the VP's influence.
• Drive strategic partnerships with CoLo partners in the EMEA region to ensure successful execution of impactful collaborations.
• Engage in executive meetings to present progress and project information to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Program Managers on project/program activities.
• Monitor project status, negotiate contracts, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of data center design, construction, and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
• Proven ability in program/project management with relevant certifications.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on communication and collaboration.
