About the Job:
As a Program Manager 4-ProdDev at Oracle, you will manage the development and implementation process of specific company products. This role involves leading departmental and cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering new or existing products, planning schedules, and monitoring budget and spending. You will oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all interdepartmental activities are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Additionally, you will assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, while providing necessary technical support and leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 10 years of project management, product design, or related experience, demonstrating your ability to drive results within a large organization. You should possess a strong technology background that allows you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture, and have the skills to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Oracle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet unified goals.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in developing new products and processes, driving major changes where necessary.
  • Utilize analytical and negotiation skills to influence outcomes positively.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
  • 10+ years of experience developing and executing large cross-cutting programs.
  • Strong ownership and collaborative skills.
  • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
  • Familiarity with AI workloads and SW stacks.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a tech company, with exposure to AI and HPC end customers considered a plus.
