As a Technical Program Manager at Oracle, you will manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. This role requires leading departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. You will plan and direct schedules, monitor budgets, and oversee project initiation through delivery. Your responsibilities will include organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints, assigning and monitoring the work of systems analysis and program staff, and providing technical support and direction. You will frequently operate at the leading edge of technology, recommending and justifying major changes to existing products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business
- Partner with teams across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to ensure successful program execution
- Drive results with a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action
- Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve core business initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Work with Data Center GPU architecture and operations, AI workloads, and software stacks
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution for large cross-cutting programs
- Background in technology enabling a strong understanding of cloud architecture
- Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, with maturity in negotiation and influence skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles within tech companies, particularly with AI and HPC customers is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
