This position oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs, ensuring the successful execution and prioritization of a broad portfolio of initiatives. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to capture and understand program requirements while navigating complex dependencies and organizational priorities. The role involves optimizing the critical path, addressing risks, and providing rigorous budget management and analysis for the overall portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute a diverse portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
- Plan and direct schedules for multiple simultaneous programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements.
- Navigate dependencies and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and mitigate risks.
- Influence internal and external teams to prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Drive mitigation plans, ensure ownership for each item, and follow up through to program closure.
- Manage and analyze overall portfolio budget, including forecasting spend, historical trends, and expenditure per program.
- Establish scalable frameworks for end-to-end project management and ensure adherence to documentation best practices.
- Conduct standups and sprint planning exercises for owned programs.
- Build and maintain consistent reporting across multiple programs.
- Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate team activities as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
