About
The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt) is one of the company's key Emerging Markets. We are looking for a Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of large-scale High Velocity Sale Events (HVEs) such as Ramadan, Eid, Prime Day, 11.11, and White Friday. This role will work closely with the Events team to coordinate key milestones, monitor event performance, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Category, Finance, Operations, and Tech teams. The Program Manager will play an important role in maintaining operational excellence across the events program.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of High Velocity Events across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt by tracking key workstreams, milestones, and dependencies.
- Analyze event performance across key business metrics using Excel and internal tools, conducting structured analysis to identify performance drivers and provide data-backed insights.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and event recaps to provide visibility on key metrics and outcomes.
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting processes, test new tools, and support automation of recurring analyses.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables, facilitating clear communication across teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ownership of workstreams.
- SQL experience is a plus.
