Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall program strategy, execution, and delivery for Oracle Fusion implementation
- Establish and manage program governance (Steering, PMO, Workstreams) and drive executive decision-making
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all streams (functional, technical, integration, data)
- Manage stakeholders, implementation partner, and Oracle ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with SAMA and other regulatory frameworks
- Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive escalation
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live readiness
- Lead change management, user adoption, and business readiness
