Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong program management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
