Program Manager

About
The company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence. As a Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of expansion projects from site selection and design through construction, launch readiness, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong program management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
