Program Manager (6 Months Contract), MEA Seller Economics

About the Job
As a Program Manager for Seller Incentives, you will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional business teams (Local and WW) to launch and operate various seller incentives and promotions across the 4 MENATR marketplaces. You will drive execution and controllership of all seller promotions and incentives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the central Program Manager for MENATR seller incentives and promotions.
• Display exceptional program management and data analysis skills.
• Conduct deep dive analyses to better understand and drive performance.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance multiple tasks while focusing on detail and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL proficiency to build queries and dashboards for tracking the performance of seller incentives.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Excel.
