Key Responsibilities

  • Support project execution working across multiple functions in the organization.
  • Act as a key link between local operations and country business teams to drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure that best practices are being followed safely.
  • Focus on six key areas: Safety, People, Quality, Customer Experience, Productivity, Costs, and Environment.
  • Partner closely with RoW countries to implement/share best practices.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit area while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
  • Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; work on strategic projects that have total building and network-wide impact.
  • Undertake strategic planning for the next three, six, and twelve months, with a particular focus on peak-season planning.
  • Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
