About the Job:
The PMO Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and managing the governance of large portfolios and transitions comprising multiple programs and program managers, which may include multiple dedicated PMOs. The role ensures that the company standards are defined and upheld for each program while meeting client requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating all work delivered by the PMO, establishing structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting necessary to meet the needs of the portfolio, customer, and the company. The PMO Manager emphasizes quality and compliance while working with Program Executives to create a cohesive and coordinated portfolio team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute the company's project management processes, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, cost, budget, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor compliance with established standards to ensure the program adheres to agreed policies.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and oversee all aspects of project planning, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain processes for accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Analyze program and project data to support decision-making.
  • Advise program/project managers on best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Ensure quality assurance and risk management processes are effective.
  • Manage a PMO team and ensure timely production of project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience leading program management offices for large-scale complex construction or ICT programs.
  • Experience managing commercial governance frameworks to deliver contracted outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with PMBOK project management methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive audiences.
  • High-level problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and changes effectively.

Language Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
