Key Responsibilities:

Programme-Stream Delivery:
- Plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects, managing cross-project dependencies and integration.
- Own the stream schedule, budget, and resource plan; track progress and manage the critical path.
- Coordinate technical, operational, and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives.

Risk, Change & Governance:
- Own stream-level RAID and change control; escalate to the Program Director and PMO as required.
- Assure quality, safety, security, and compliance; support readiness, transition, and go-live.
- Operate within program governance and standards.

Commercial & Stakeholder:
- Manage stream budget, forecasting, and supplier performance.
- Build strong relationships with client, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
- Lead and develop project managers and teams within the stream.
Skills & Experience:

Essential:
- Proven experience managing multiple related projects or a delivery stream to time, cost, and quality.
- Strong command of program/project methods (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, agile/hybrid).
- Skills in cross-project planning, dependency, budget, and risk management.
- Ability to lead project managers and multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable:
- Experience in aviation, airports, or comparable 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with airport programs (terminal openings, ORAT/transition).
- Exposure to MSI delivery models.
- Programs/project certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) and/or SAFe.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Program/project certification strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
