Position

The company is seeking a skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital wealth solutions. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of the new Wealth & Invest experience within the mobile app, focusing on digital onboarding, integration with solution providers, and consolidation of Wealth & Securities products into a unified platform across multiple markets. This role is pivotal in driving business value through scalable, compliant, and innovative digital wealth offerings, fostering collaboration across various internal teams and external partners.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Experience Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of program management experience in financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, specifically involving wealth platforms, digital onboarding, and multi-market equities.
  • Hands-on experience with Wealth Tech, OMS/EMS workflows, as well as broker and exchange integrations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in UAE, KSA, US markets, and Sharia compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) are highly desirable.
  • Prior training in financial regulations, risk management, or wealth management platforms is advantageous.

Preferred Language Proficiency:

  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not explicitly required in the job listing.
