Program Manager

The company is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center projects and programmes. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving successful project outcomes, maintaining governance and controls, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring transparency of programme performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Data Center environments, coupled with exceptional programme management, reporting, risk management, and client-facing skills. This role demands an individual who can combine technical credibility, commercial awareness, and executive-level communication skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the successful delivery of complex Data Center programmes from initiation to completion.
• Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, controls, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive accountability across multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain programme reporting structures and dashboards.
• Act as the primary customer-facing representative for programme delivery activities.
• Establish robust risk and issue management processes.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is required. Additional languages may be beneficial but are not specified.
