Program Manager

The company Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across all regions and various sectors, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. The role involves leading the overall program delivery, which includes discovery, design, build, migration, testing, go-live, and support transition. Responsibilities include managing project governance, coordinating with stakeholders and implementation resources, and ensuring project deliverables are completed and transitioned to support.

Your Role:

• Lead program delivery across various stages.
• Manage project governance and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Oversee delivery risks and ensure alignment between business and technical aspects.
• Track project budget and resource utilization.

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of program or project management experience, particularly in data, analytics, or financial services transformation.
• Experience with data platform management and cloud implementation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Prior experience in investment management or banking sectors is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong program governance and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Snowflake, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, and data governance.
