The company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when required.
- Own stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, and launch readiness.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed, reduce cost, and increase scalability across markets.
Requirements
- Strong program management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to conduct site visits and audits to validate project progress, operational readiness, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
