Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Ultra Fast Grocery Last Mile improvements made on behalf of the company customers to drive standardization efforts.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments, providing process skills to the UFG under the roof and Last mile station.
  • Support UTR/LM Kaizen Events in areas of expertise and run cross-functional projects for successful implementation across the UFG the company Now Stores.
  • Drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure best practices are followed safely as a key link between local operations and country business teams.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit area while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
  • Measure performance, offer feedback, and provide development support for operational leadership.
  • Optimize operations and improve productivity through continuous improvement projects.
  • Engage in strategic planning for the next three, six, and twelve months with a focus on peak-season planning.
  • Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Provide your team with tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
