The Early Careers team is pivotal in shaping TikTok’s future talent pipeline by engaging with universities and managing early-career programs across 15+ countries in the Americas and EMEA. The team ensures that interns, working students, apprentices, and graduate hires have meaningful experiences while contributing to TikTok’s expanding business. As a dynamic global group, the team collaborates across diverse cultures, teams, countries, and time zones.
Role Overview:
This role combines university relations management and intern program execution, ensuring we attract top talent and provide a high-quality experience for participants in our early careers programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage university partnerships across EMEA, focusing on outreach to career centers, student groups, and faculty.
- Coordinate career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to engage students and enhance TikTok’s employer brand visibility.
- Track and report data measuring outreach effectiveness.
- Support the effective management of the EMEA intern program, overseeing onboarding and engagement.
- Handle intern event logistics, ensuring smooth execution of events and communication with interns.
- Assist in early talent identification and support select AMS university engagements.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
- 2 years of experience in program coordination, campus recruitment, and university relations in EMEA;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with internship structures and hiring processes in EMEA markets, particularly London, France, or Dubai.
Preferred:
- 3-4 years of experience in university relations or early talent programs in the EMEA region;
- Knowledge of labor laws and internship regulations in markets like the UK, France, and Dubai;
- Experience organizing large-scale events and managing cross-functional relationships;
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
