Position

Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the execution of the Enhanced Repair Capability (ERC) program in Saudi Arabia. The program involves developing and implementing a depot capability for repairing the Patriot system Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs). The PM will oversee a program team in a matrixed organization and manage critical subcontracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of the ERC program, including compliance, customer interfacing, and adherence to budget and schedules.
  • Act as the primary contact for meeting contractual commitments related to financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance.
  • Supervise and integrate the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams.
  • Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, and engineering.
  • Provide leadership and reporting on program performance and metrics.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors within Saudi Arabia.
  • Oversee the IPDS process for all Raytheon programs in the country, conducting routine program/status reviews.
  • Focus on motivating and rewarding the program team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Broad knowledge of program planning, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Strong experience in risk and opportunity management.
  • Advanced management and leadership abilities.
  • Open to Saudi Nationals only, in alignment with local regulations and Saudization initiatives.
