Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day execution of the ERC program, including compliance, customer interfacing, and adherence to budget and schedules.
- Act as the primary contact for meeting contractual commitments related to financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance.
- Supervise and integrate the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams.
- Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, and engineering.
- Provide leadership and reporting on program performance and metrics.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors within Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee the IPDS process for all Raytheon programs in the country, conducting routine program/status reviews.
- Focus on motivating and rewarding the program team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management.
- Broad knowledge of program planning, budgeting, and tracking.
- Strong experience in risk and opportunity management.
- Advanced management and leadership abilities.
- Open to Saudi Nationals only, in alignment with local regulations and Saudization initiatives.
