Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager with expertise in Project & Portfolio Management to manage end-to-end project lifecycles. The role involves applying methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, and PRINCE2 while overseeing portfolio prioritization and performance.

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Work Conditions: Contract, Duration: 12+ Months (Long Term Extendable), Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

• PMO Design & Governance: Establish PMO structures, define standards, KPIs, reporting lines, and ensure alignment with the business strategy.
• Tools & Technology: Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, Planview, JIRA, and Power BI for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Align projects with strategic goals, conduct ROI and business case evaluations, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Change Management & Communication: Manage change impact, lead communications, and support stakeholder readiness and project adoption.
• Consulting & Soft Skills: Engage clients, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program/project governance, delivery, and PMO setup.
