Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business and security strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive improvements in security governance, controls, and frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager within cybersecurity or information security.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., threat management, identity & access, cloud security, network security).
- Experience delivering large-scale security transformation programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIST).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred).
