Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Corporate Credit and Limit Management solutions
- Knowledge of credit risk management principles
- Proficiency in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience with core banking platforms and credit risk analytics tools

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Corporate Credit and Limit Management product implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors for successful project execution
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Drive process improvements in credit underwriting and monitoring
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management
- Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
- Ensure smooth integration with existing banking platforms
- Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures
Experience:
- Overall years of experience: 15+ years in project management within banking
- Relevant years of experience: 10+ years specifically in Corporate Credit, Risk Management, and Limit Management systems
Industry & Education Background:
- Industry: Banking, Financial Services, Fintech
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
