We are looking for individuals with skills in Business Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Technical Program Management, and Program Analysis to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. What You Will Do:
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects that align with division goals, as directed by the General Manager.
- Develop presentations and reports for key program meetings.
- Identify areas for process improvement and manage change.
- Analyze data to facilitate decision-making, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meeting logistics, including agendas and action items.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in aerospace, robotics, business operations, investment banking, or similar industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven and proactive in tackling challenges.
- Ability to acknowledge weaknesses and embrace feedback for growth.
- Strong ownership and humility, focused on outcomes.
- A desire to work on impactful software.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
