The client-facing Program Manager II role is critical to ensuring program alignment, execution, and communication between Oracle Health team and its clients. In this role, you would be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, accelerating strategic initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key features, initiatives, and customers the role will be assigned to include:
- Supporting strategic programs aligned with client-specific success metrics and goals.
- Driving multi-channel delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Overseeing cross-functional efforts that span project development, client engagement, and success teams.
- Partnering within Oracle teams and key enterprise customers to ensure alignment and sustained value delivery.
- Enhancing communication strategies to improve stakeholder visibility and showcase program outcomes.
- Prioritizing design and execution of client-centric initiatives to enable business outcomes and improve retention.
- Collaborating closely with Oracle and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and coherence in achieving overall program success.
- Designing, developing, executing, and monitoring innovative programs using modern methodologies to ensure effective and measurable outcomes.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance client awareness, demonstrate program impact, and drive client satisfaction.
Work Conditions

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years combined experience with project management, developing stakeholder communication strategy, data analysis, and direct business experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building and managing reporting tools to support Programs, such as KPI metrics to drive insights around our program strategy.
- Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, Camtasia.
- Experience working cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
