We are in search of a Program Manager to oversee work programs or various projects, managing Project Managers and delivery teams to deliver full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies. This role involves assembling project teams, developing detailed work plans, improving processes, estimating project needs, managing finances, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and manage team members, overseeing their performance.
- Identify and implement effective project management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop measurable project plans.
- Oversee project execution and workflow.
- Lead resource modeling and risk mitigation efforts.
- Serve as delivery lead for high-visibility projects, managing program revenue and accountability.
- Engage in project revenue decision-making based on financial data.
- Ensure agile project management practices are followed for multiple projects.
Expected Team Contributions:
- Agile project management oversight.
- Coaching teams on Agile best practices.
- Defining project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Monitoring budget and project milestones.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Managing scope changes and ensuring quality control.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consultancy/agency experience.
- 8-10 years working on enterprise-level projects.
- 5 years managing cross-functional programs.
- 10+ years of client-facing digital project management experience, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Proven skills in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
