Program Manager

If so, the company Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire a Program Manager in Dubai to join the team that redefines Ultra-fast grocery operation through automation and help us build and grow this new service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support UFG operations team to make continuous improvements on behalf of the company customers
• Drive standardization efforts in UFG LM stores and act as liaison with other departments
• Provide process skills and support launches, Kaizen events in areas of expertise, and tech enhancements to improve UTR/OTR efficiencies
• Build and implement best automation practices and establish sustainable mechanisms to audit and drive adoption of these processes/systems within Operations
• Use PDCA methodology to drive small scale improvements in processes
• Use Kaizen methodology to drive large scale process improvements or reduction in costs
• Own the roll out of new processes to improve customer experience
• Sustain roll out of Continuous Improvement (CI) essentials and Kaizen essentials training to managers
• Own and lead new initiatives and partnerships for Last Mile
• Conduct regular deep dives of concessions, contacts, and other quality metrics to enhance delivery & doorstep experience
