Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handle ad-hoc project tasks, ensuring timely completion and seamless execution.
- Support planning and execution of events, meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and program success.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Be ready to work across multiple time zones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in program/project coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in event planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
- Experience in executive communication and working with senior leadership.
- Ability to drive end-to-end project planning and execution.
