The role will provide overall leadership across project controls, engineering, risk, commercial, quality, HSE, stakeholder management, and programme reporting, ensuring alignment across multiple contractors, consultants, and project packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme governance, oversight, and executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate programme-wide delivery activities across multiple project packages.
- Oversee schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE, and interface management.
- Lead preparation and maintenance of the Program Management Plan and integrated execution framework.
- Establish programme dashboards, action registers, decision registers, and reporting systems.
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance and escalate critical programme issues.
- Support senior management decision-making through concise analysis and recommendations.
- Coordinate programme-level stakeholder interfaces.
- Ensure programme deliverables remain aligned with approved objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.
- Lead weekly and monthly programme reviews and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Strong background in programme or project management for major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary programmes involving multiple contractors and consultants.
- Strong experience within power transmission, utilities, energy, or comparable infrastructure environments.
- Excellent understanding of planning, risk, interfaces, commercial management, and project controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability.
- Programme or project management certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills.
