Program Manager (Power Transmission/Infrastructure) Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the job
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the programme-level management, governance, coordination, and reporting of a large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure programme in the UAE. The role will provide overall leadership across project controls, engineering, risk, commercial, quality, HSE, stakeholder management, and programme reporting, ensuring alignment across multiple contractors, consultants, and project packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programme governance, oversight, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate programme-wide delivery activities across multiple project packages.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE, and interface management.
• Lead preparation and maintenance of the Program Management Plan and integrated execution framework.
• Establish programme dashboards, action registers, decision registers, and reporting systems.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance and escalate critical programme issues.
• Support senior management decision-making through concise analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate programme-level stakeholder interfaces.
• Ensure programme deliverables remain aligned with approved objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Lead weekly and monthly programme reviews and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Strong background in programme or project management for major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary programmes involving multiple contractors and consultants.
• Strong experience within power transmission, utilities, energy, or comparable infrastructure environments.
• Excellent understanding of planning, risk, interfaces, commercial management, and project controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability.
• Programme or project management certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills.
