Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships to understand customer project needs.
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop, negotiate, and build a Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project schedules.
- Assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability, and align resource allocation with project plans.
- Coordinate activities with all customer-facing the company functions such as sales and support.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Measure project performance and create comprehensive project documentation.
- Apply the company's methodology and enforce project standards.
- Conduct risk management to minimize exposure on projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables.
- Facilitate team and customer meetings and communicate sensitive information tactfully.
Job Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global enterprises, MSSP, carrier, and governmental customers.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and flexibility in changing situations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management discipline, or equivalent work-related experience.
- PMP and/or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
