Position

The company is seeking a Program Manager for Transformation and Migration to join our Professional Services team. This position plays a pivotal role in managing the transformation of complex customer environments and driving business transformation and large-scale migration efforts for enterprise clients. The role involves engaging with customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales stages to assist in their software-defined data center (SDDC) strategy and architecture.

As a Program Manager, you will establish clear program objectives, success criteria, and governance frameworks in alignment with senior customer leaders and the company Services leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients and lead high-impact, client-facing status meetings to manage expectations and mitigate risks. Building deep, long-term client relationships through exceptional project delivery is key to ensuring high customer satisfaction and unlocking future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end program execution, tracking complex dependencies and milestones across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with architects and resourcing teams to strategically schedule and deploy consulting talent.
  • Anticipate budget or timeline challenges and deliver accurate quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and execution frameworks.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 8 years of regional and industry experience.
  • Experience managing complex projects across various hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale customer operational standards and processes, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Proven ability to solve problems in dynamic situations and a self-starter attitude focused on improvement and results.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, agile project management, and customer-facing relationship management.

Certifications:

  • PMP required, PgMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
