Responsibilities:
- Build strategic relationships to understand customer project requirements.
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop, negotiate, and build Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project schedules.
- Identify project resources and collaborate with resource managers to form the project team.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
- Employ verification techniques for managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
- Report and escalate issues to management as required.
- Manage escalations with all internal and external parties.
- Execute risk management to mitigate project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Apply the company's methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Ensure revenue recognition, timely invoicing, and monitor project profitability.
- Complete and sign necessary project legal documents.
- Facilitate effective team and client meetings.
Job Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with global enterprises, MSSPs, carriers, and government clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Self-driven with a commitment to excellence.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work-related experience. PMP and/or PRINCE II certification is preferred.
