Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships to understand customers' project needs and requirements.
- Manage relationships with customers and all stakeholders.
- Develop, negotiate, and construct a Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project schedules.
- Identify needed resources and assign responsibilities, ensuring resource availability aligns with project plans.
- Coordinate with all customer-facing the company functions to facilitate project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance and report/escalate to management as necessary.
- Manage escalations with all levels internally and externally.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Apply the company's methodology and enforce project standards.
- Perform risk management to minimize project exposure and risk.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor project receivables.
- Facilitate team and customer meetings effectively.
- Communicate sensitive information tactfully.
Job Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global enterprises, MSSP, carrier, and governmental customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Self-driven individual with a strong commitment to the role.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management, or equivalent work-related experience.
- PMP and/or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English required.
